## Summary

The Guinness Partnership Limited is embarking on an extensive procurement process concerning the Planned Investment and Major Works programme for its property portfolio, spanning a noteworthy 15-year contract period. This initiative covers several UK regions including North West and Greater Manchester, Yorkshire, Humberside, East Midlands, Home Counties, South East & Coast and Greater London, and South West. The procurement stage has progressed to the award phase, finalised on 18th March 2026. The focus area is construction work within housing, specifically geared towards general needs, supported housing, and shared ownership properties, emphasising quality and sustainability improvements. The restricted procedure has been employed for procurement, with contracts awarded to UI Social Infrastructure Limited, Fortem Solutions Limited, Morgan Sindall Property Services Limited, Axis Europe Limited, and Novus Property Solutions Limited, reflecting a competitive industry-wide engagement.

This procurement presents substantial business growth opportunities for entities capable of delivering large-scale construction and maintenance services. Businesses offering expertise in building services, repair, and retrofit works, particularly in sustainability, de-carbonisation, and safety improvements, are well-suited to compete in this arena. Given the scope of work which includes diverse tasks like roof repairs, kitchen and bathroom replacements, and building safety enhancements, contractors with a robust portfolio and proficiency in handling extensive property refurbishments stand to gain. With the value of contracts collectively exceeding £1 billion, these opportunities favour large enterprises capable of meeting demanding quality and pricing criteria, thus facilitating regional expansion and long-term strategic partnerships with The Guinness Partnership Limited.
