## Summary

Belfast City Council is planning the procurement for the PEACEPLUS Community Empowerment Programme aimed at ex-politically motivated prisoners. The programme's pre-market engagement session is scheduled for 13th November 2024 at the Belfast City Council offices. Interested suppliers must register by 11th November 2024. The contract is expected to run from January 2025 to December 2027, and the programme will cover community services, including education, training, and health services in the region UKN06.

This tender provides a significant opportunity for businesses involved in community services, particularly those specialising in welfare, health, and community engagement activities. Firms with experience in advocacy, lobbying, and providing support to marginalised groups will find this contract particularly relevant. The three-pronged approach of welfare, interactive engagement, and practical initiatives offers a comprehensive platform for businesses to leverage their expertise, potentially expanding their portfolio and making a substantial impact on community cohesion and support mechanisms.
