This comprehensive initiative focuses on the procurement of medical equipment, devices, consumables, and associated accessories to support minimally invasive surgeries. The procurement process encompassed several lots, including Electrosurgery and Laparoscopic Related Products, Robotics, and Laparoscopic Kits, all awarded through an open procedure. The process reached its completion stage on 10 June 2026, following a standstill period between 20 and 30 June 2025. Procurement activities were conducted through the HealthTrust Europe Bravo portal, with the framework having a potential duration of up to 48 months, pending extensions. These include equipment, devices, consumables (collectively known as products) and associated accessories to assist in minimally invasive surgeries. TERMS AND CONDITIONS / ACTIVITY BASED INCOME (ABI) The terms and conditions of this Agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this Agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE. SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST AND PROCUREMENT INFORMATION This exercise will be conducted on the HTE Bravo portal. Under this Lot, the Participating Authority(ies) will define their requirements for goods and/or services which can be in combination of more than one Lot under the Framework Agreement.
