The service will be delivered for the purposes of a new Leisure and Culture Front of House Software System. This will involve the design and implementation of a central customer database which has the ability to support back-office systems and integrate with a 3rd party booking app and associated hardware, allowing customers a user-friendly application for booking any activities, courses and classes offered by SLLC.
