This service will be managed by SoTCC who, through a series of Call off agreements, will engage, collaborate and work with organisations to deliver a broad range of short break activities meeting the needs of our families and their children/ young people. ### Lot Information Targeted group based short break activities for children and young people away from their families (Child/ Young People with SEND aged 0 - 17 i.e. up until their 18th birthday).
