The aims and ambitions of the service include: * Listening to and reflecting the views of local communities. * MNVPs have strategic influence and are embedded in decision-making at Trust & ICB level. Benefits * Better decisions about service changes and how money is spent. * Improved safety and experience. * Support providers to address health inequalities by understanding communities' needs and co-developing solutions. * Shaping a sustainable future for the NHS that meets people's needs and aspirations. * Reduced risks of legal challenges The contract term will commence on the 1st of April 2025 for a period of 3 years, with an option to extend for a period of up to 2 years at the commissioner's discretion.
