## Summary

South East Consortium has initiated a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) titled "SEC Decarbonisation DPS" focusing on environmental improvement works across the UK. This procurement process, now at the active tender stage, addresses the main industry category of works, specifically catering to low carbon retrofit solutions for public sector buildings. The procurement is conducted under a selective method, using a restricted procedure. Key dates to note include the tender end period, which is set to close on 24th February 2029. The South East Consortium, headquartered in Sittingbourne, UK, invites submissions through electronic means, detailing that access to this DPS is available to all publicly funded organisations.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in environmental improvement works, particularly those with expertise in insulation, renewable heat and hot water solutions, renewable power and storage, and whole house retrofits. Large and small enterprises adept in sustainable and low carbon technologies stand to benefit from vast projects spanning approximately four years, fostering growth and development within the green technology sector. Companies with robust design, installation, and maintenance capabilities for both residential and commercial buildings are well-suited to compete and thrive in this progressive procurement process.
