Options: Terms and conditionsContractors are to submit a copy of their Terms and Conditions which will apply to this Contract. Contractors are required to submit a proposal for the contractual options indicating the benefits to the Authorities of their proposalThe terms and conditions, with Service Level Agreement and Service Implementation Plan, shall be finalised and agreed between the Authority and the Contractor prior to the award of the Contract.

Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the Contract by a further twenty-four (24) months in 12 month increments at its discretion.
