Under the Light Touch Regime To be considered for these opportunities all Providers (including those submitting a joint application) will need to have been successful in joining our Care and Support in Your Home Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) on Lot 2 (Community) - DN744342. Non-regulated providers cannot bid as lead Provider for these contracts but may work with a regulated Provider that is already accredited to Lots 1&2 to develop a partnership bid. This tender opportunity is for 5 individual ECH Schemes and will be for an initial contract term of five years, anticipated to commence from 1st May 2025 with an option to extend the contract for a further two periods of 12 months.
