In summary here are the key features and functions required: - Content Management System (CMS): The LMS should allow administrators to create and edit static web pages, manage site navigation, and schedule content for future publication. It should support various content types like videos and web links, and allow easy switching between English and Welsh content. - Content Repository: The system should include an enterprise-standard content repository to store and surface thousands of resources in various formats.
