## Summary

Procure Plus Holdings Limited has initiated a framework agreement for the distribution of construction materials and associated items, specifically focusing on repair services within social housing and the wider public sector across the UK. This procurement process, currently in the active tender stage, aims to engage suppliers for the supply of electrical, plumbing, and general building products. The procurement is categorised under "goods" in the CPV scheme with the deadline for tender submissions set for 13 December 2024. The entire framework agreement is valued at £200,000,000, with the aim of appointing 10 companies per lot, though additional appointments may be considered based on bid evaluations.

This tender offers significant opportunities for businesses involved in the production and distribution of electrical, plumbing, and construction materials. Companies equipped to provide high-quality products and competitive pricing stand to benefit from long-term contracts, potentially covering various collection and delivery methods, including managed services and van stock replenishment. Businesses that specialise in bespoke supply solutions tailored to customer needs, especially those with established branch networks, are well-suited to compete in this process and position themselves for growth by serving a diverse range of public sector clients. The framework's broad eligibility criteria encourage participation from large companies as well as SMEs.

A list of the individual contracting authorities and organisations entitled to access the framework agreement is provided in Section VI.3.
