## Summary

NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board, in collaboration with North of England Commissioning Support (NECS), is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) exercise for the delivery of a Children and Young People's Mental Health Online Support Service in County Durham. This procurement process, classified under the health services industry category, is currently in the planning stage. Interested parties must note that the RFI responses are due by 12 noon on Friday 29 November 2024. The RFI documentation is available on the e-tender portal from 15 November 2024, and all communications and submissions must be done through the Atamis e-tender portal.

This tender provides a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in health services, particularly those experienced in delivering mental health support for young people. The RFI exercise is designed to gauge the market's capacity and interest, paving the way for potential future contracts. Companies with expertise in online support services and those familiar with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 will be well-suited to engage in this procurement process. Expressing an interest in this RFI does not commit businesses to the full tender process but allows them to position themselves for future competitive opportunities once the formal tender is published.
