The Provider must have experience of providing: * stop smoking services via a drug-free solution * cognitive restructuring/retraining therapy * seminar-based interventions delivered by therapists via an online video programme (so that users can access the service at a time which in convenient to them) and live online groups via a digital platform (if users wish to engage as part of a group) * a clinically proven method * shorter backup sessions, telephone support, and email support to those who may require further assistance * a mechanism for contacting clients and recording success rates * quick mobilisation of programmes. We require the service provider to have a model which is ready to be mobilised by the end of December 2024 to limit the amount of time required to start supporting Hertfordshire Residents * a solution which is compliant with the requirements of all data protection legislation, primarily but not exclusively the UK GPDR and Data Protection Act 2018, and any amending or replacement legislation to ensure the protection of the rights of data subjects. We may ask for further information from suppliers to support any of the above requirements Additional information: As the Council intend to follow the Most Suitable Provider process, we do not intend to publish a Contract Notice.
