Site clearance of vegetation, earthworks, removal of existing surfacing furniture and equipment, supply and installation of surfacing including paving, fencing, site furniture, play equipment, safety surfacing, soiling, seeding, turfing, planting, tree planting, tree cell installation. Works may include refurbishment and painting of existing or new equipment. The Works may include smaller specialist elements which would reasonably be expected to be delivered through a subcontractor. Softworks are expected to be a minimal on the vast majority of these projects. Options: The initial term of the Framework is 24 months with the option to extend this twice up to a maximum term of 48 months.
