The contract is to deliver Secondary Dental Care across the West Midlands Region. The incumbent provider has been delivering Secondary Dental Care Services to the registered patient list. NHS Birmingham & Solihull ICB intends to award a contract to the existing provider, Ramsay Health Care UK Ltd t/a the Westbourne Centre via Direct Award Process C as described in regulation 9 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
