## Summary

The NHS Black Country Integrated Care Board has awarded a contract for the "COVID-19 Vaccination Programme Site (Outreach Services)" under the Health services industry category. This procurement process, classified under CPV code "85100000," is focused on providing vehicle-based and static outreach vaccinations across the Black Country. The contracting process is in the Award stage as of 25 November 2024, with the contract being effective from 3 October 2024 to 31 January 2025. The decision was made urgently due to the abandonment of a nationally run process, ensuring vital area coverage. The procurement method employed was a direct award to the incumbent provider, Central Health Solutions Ltd, with a total contract value of £140,000.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses in the health services sector, especially those experienced in vaccine distribution and mobile healthcare services. The need for rapid deployment and specialised outreach services makes it ideal for companies with mobile medical units and capabilities for flexible service delivery.
