The Lot 2 services are intrinsically linked to the services previously awarded to a provider for Rough Sleeping Services Lot 1

Renewal: Year 1 Initial 5 Month Period (1 November 24 - 31 March 25 - (5 months) Extension 1 (1 April 25 - 31 March 26) HMO & SWEP (Dec-Mar) service is subject to grant funding approval. Extension 2 (1 April 26 - 31 March 27) HMO & SWEP (Dec-Mar) services is subject to grant funding approval.
