The Service Provider will be responsible for the collection of scrap metal and lead acid batteries from the nominated bulking facility, nominally the London Borough of Harrow, Civic Amenity Site, Forward Drive, Harrow HA3 8NT and the provision of recycling capacity to receive contract material and the marketing and transfer of recyclable materials. To assist us with developing the most advantageous tender and gain a better understanding of the market we would welcome your feedback on a delivery approach. In preparation for advertising the opportunity we are inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified companies who would be interested in submitting a tender to provide the services and to participate in a short market engagement session to be held on 12th December 2024 Any suppliers wishing to express an interest and to book in for one of the sessions please email david.hayes@harrow.gov.uk If you would like to visit our Civic Amenity Site transfer facility at any point please email colin.russell@harrow.gov.uk or phone 020 8424 1091.
