The Framework is split between a core-service - where the successful bidder will run a service on behalf of NRW to support community led groups to run successful projects on the NRW Estate under a Longer-Term Agreement, this core-service will be guaranteed and have a fixed annual price. The other aspect of the framework is for non-core-services, which will be agreed at quarterly review meetings. The non-core-services are not guaranteed and will be requested by NRW as needed and when budget constraints allow.
