La presente (IL) invitacion a licitar busca contratar un proveedor idoneo para la prestacion de servicios en la ciudad de Barranquilla, relacionados con el diseno e implementacion de los siguientes programas, bajo la linea estrategica de estudiantes, en el marco de la Politica Publica Barranquilla Bilingue, que se desarrolla de manera conjunta entre la Secretaria Distrital de Educacion de Barranquilla y el British Council Colombia:1. Un programa de ensenanza de ingles como lengua extranjera para hasta 580 aulas de los grados cuarto y quinto de basica primaria, en hasta 133 IEDs de Barranquilla.2. Un programa de fortalecimiento de competencias comunicativas en ingles general con enfasis en oralidad, para los grados noveno de basica secundaria y/o decimo de educacion media que incluya instruccion presencial de 80 horas y material didactico, para los estudiantes de 9 y 10 grado de hasta 60 IED focalizadas de Barranquilla.
