## Summary

The David Ross Education Trust (DRET) is in the planning stage of a procurement process for primary education resources, with the procurement formally initiated as a tender. The initiative, titled "Primary Education Resources Request for Information Dec 2024," falls under the services category specifically aimed at pre-school education services. The trust encompasses 36 academies across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, and London regions, with its central office located in Loughborough (UKF). DRET aims to gather information by December 9, 2024, to refine its procurement approach, ensuring compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023.

This tender offers significant opportunities for providers of primary education resources looking to expand their market presence. Businesses specialising in standardised assessments, intervention resources, supplementary curriculum resources, or leadership CPD aimed at raising pupil attainment and closing the attainment gap would find this tender particularly suitable. As the central contracting authority, DRET seeks to establish multi-year arrangements, providing a stable and consistent market for successful bidders. This opportunity is ideal for organisations with innovative products or services capable of significantly enhancing educational outcomes in primary schools.
