## Summary

NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is in the procurement stage of awarding a contract for "Children and Young People Neurodevelopmental Support Services (Autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) BEH." This procurement falls under the health services category and is crucial for providing pre-assessment, assessment, and post-diagnostic interventions for children and young people with suspected or confirmed autism and/or ADHD diagnoses. The contract, valued at approximately £1,910,169, is intended to run from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2028. The award process follows the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 and utilises a direct award process C, bypassing the standard Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

This tender presents significant opportunities for providers specialising in health services, particularly those experienced in autism and ADHD support for children and young people. The contract is substantial in scope and value, promising a steady stream of revenue and the potential for long-term service provision. Businesses that are well-suited to compete include established health service providers with a demonstrated capacity to deliver high-quality pre-assessment, assessment, and post-diagnostic interventions. The chosen provider will be Behavioural Emotional Health Team (BEH) - Nottingham City Council, ensuring continuity and excellence in service delivery for the Nottingham region.
