The Green Growth Programme is a new five-year, PS38m, International Climate Finance (ICF) programme will support the development of a climate-smart agricultural sector in DRC focusing on rural areas to deliver both climate and economic development objectives. The TPM element is a component of this and sits within, the Green Growth programme as a whole. This is a Prior Information Notice and not a call for competition or tender at this time. The Implementing Partner of the Green Growth Programme in collaboration with British Embassy in Kinshasa will set up the programme's Monitoring & Evaluation and results framework. The work of the MEL provider will complement and support the development and maintenance of this framework. The supplier will be expected to establish a DSU that will support the delivery of the Green Growth programme. As such, the DSU will : - Facilitate and inform the strategic programme decision making through monitoring, evaluation and learning. - Support the Green Growth programme to identify what is working and what is not working. - Provide targeted technical advice to the Green Growth partners to ensure their reporting and M&E approaches are aligned and support the programme objectives. - Carry out the verification of results reported by Green Growth programme partners.
