The initial term of the Contract shall be 4 years and 4 months from the service commencement date with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The services commencement date is 1st August 2025. Lung Health Checks (LHC) to commence in August 2025 and Low Dose Computed Tomography (LDCT) in September 2025. The expected lifetime contract value is up to PS50.7m.
