The contract provided for three extensions of twelve months each to a maximum term to 31/03/2029. A Contact Modification (CM) has now been executed in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The CM is to extend provision in the Indo-Pacific Region until 31/10/2026 while an Open Procedure under PA23 is conducted and increase the maximum contract value by PS750,000 excl. VAT to PS5,563,956 excl. VAT.
