## Summary

Peel Ports Investments Limited, a significant operator of several UK and Irish ports, is planning a procurement process titled "Mobile Maintenance and Asset Management Solutions." This process is classified under "Information technology services" and aims to implement mobile-first solutions for their SAP Plant Maintenance platform. Key locations include Port of Liverpool, Heysham Port, and others across the UK and Ireland. The procurement stage is currently in the planning phase, with early expressions of interest due by 17 January 2025. The formal tender documents will be issued by the end of January 2025, and the contract is anticipated to be awarded by April 2025.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for businesses specialising in mobile technology, SAP solutions, and asset management. Companies capable of delivering mobile work management, data capture, and integration with SAP Intelligent Asset Manager are well-suited to this tender. Additionally, system integrators who can bridge functionality gaps and enhance SAP mobile solutions will find this opportunity attractive. The selected providers will not only contribute to technological advancements at Peel Ports but also expand their market presence and showcase capabilities on a significant scale.

## Notice

Peel Ports owns and operates six of the UK's most important ports (Port of Liverpool, Heysham Port, Manchester Ship Canal, Medway (Sheerness / Chatham), Clydeport (KGV, Greenock, Hunterston, Ardrossan) and Great Yarmouth). It also operates a container terminal in Dublin. Peel Ports uses SAP Plant Maintenance for the planning and execution of maintenance activities across all its sites. We are looking to research the market for possible opportunities to deploy mobile solutions for this platform across all our engineering and maintenance teams. The solution sought must also provide interaction with our asset data, to provide engineers and technicians with asset information held in SAP. We also require that asset data collected in the field is synchronized back to our SAP databases.
