This shall be a single FPS that all the Members shall have access to and may utilise in whole, or in part throughout its duration. The period of the FPS will be for 3 Years with the option to extend for a period of +12 months and a Further +12 months from commencement. During this period, the FPS will remain open to new Suppliers. A FPS is, in effect, an open framework agreement to which new Suppliers can apply to be appointed to during its life. Individual Call-Off Contracts shall be entered into under the FPS in the manner described within this document, and may commence at any time after the commencement date. Neither the Council, nor any Member guarantees to call off any specific quantities/work during the term of the FPS, and placement on to the FPS is not a guarantee of being awarded any contracts.
