## Summary

The Department of Health & Social Care (DHSC) is undertaking an active tender process for the re-procurement of its Employers' Organisation Services Contract. This procurement focuses on services within the health sector, aimed at supporting workforce policy development across the NHS in England. Key deliverables include eight work programmes that span areas such as Pay and Contracts, Education and Skills, International Recruitment, and Staff Engagement. The procurement process utilises a competitive procedure with negotiation, with electronic submissions required by 18th February 2025. The contract is anticipated to have a value of GBP 42,000,000 and be based in the United Kingdom.

This tender offers substantial opportunities for businesses involved in business and management consultancy services, particularly those experienced in providing support services to government entities. Companies with expertise in workforce policy within the health sector stand to benefit significantly by offering strategic insights and operational support to address NHS workforce challenges. The contract's expansive scope and strategic importance suggest it would be well-suited for larger organisations, particularly those with the capacity to deliver complex policy development and implementation support across multiple programmes.
