Service Description: "AB Assurance 1PM" - One (1) Planned Maintenance service visit per annum. - Includes all parts, labour and travel for unlimited breakdowns. - One calibration kit for qPCR instruments. - Fast Response time - Engineer on site usually within 48 working hours for breakdowns (guaranteed on site in 72 working hours). - Free access to Technical and Application Support Helplines. - Guaranteed call back within three (3) working hours for breakdowns.
