RTx have transferred their manufacturing procedure to SNBTS and SNBTS are required to use the reagents/consumables specified by RTx within that process. BioTechne were the chosen supplier of cytokines for use within the trial by RTX, therefore SNBTS are required to procure these reagents from this supplier. P3 buffer and nucleofector consumables SNBTS are under contract with RTx to manufacture the RTX001 product throughout 2025. RTx have transferred their manufacturing procedure to SNBTS and SNBTS are required to use the reagents/consumables specified by RTx within that process. Lonza were the chosen supplier for P3 buffer and nucleofector consumables for use within the trial by RTX, therefore SNBTS are required to procure these items from this supplier. Prodigy cell processor SNBTS are under contract with RTx to manufacture the RTX001 product throughout 2025. RTx have transferred their manufacturing procedure to SNBTS and SNBTS are required to use the reagents/consumables specified by RTx within that process. Miltenyi were the chosen supplier of several goods for use within the trial by RTX, therefore SNBTS are required to procure these reagents from this supplier. The goods are for use with the Prodigy cell processor and subsequent downstream processing. The Prodigy does not accept reagents/consumables which are not compatible with the software, therefore the items from Miltenyi are the only suitable goods for use within the trial. Rotea kits SNBTS are under contract with RTx to manufacture the RTX001 product throughout 2025. RTx have transferred their manufacturing procedure to SNBTS and SNBTS are required to use the reagents/consumables specified by RTx within that process. Rotea have designed their process to use the Rotea cell processor, which requires specific Rotea kits to be used with it. Life Technologies are the only supplier of Rotea kits. ### Procurement Information SNBTS are under contract with RTx to manufacture the RTX001 product throughout 2025.
