## Summary

The Arts Council England has recently completed the procurement process to appoint a delivery partner for their "All In Member Services Hub." This procurement, classified under the "services" category, aimed at bolstering customer support for a new arts access scheme targeting D/deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent individuals in the UK and Ireland. The initiative strives for inclusivity within the arts sector, removing access barriers to cultural experiences. Located in the UK, the awarding process reached completion as of 19th August 2025. The procurement followed an open procedure, ensuring transparency and fairness, and was ultimately awarded to "This Named Company Ltd trading as The Card Network," with the signing date confirmed on 12th August 2025.

This tender presents a valuable opportunity for businesses specialising in accessible customer support services to foster growth and expand their reach. Given its focus on inclusivity, companies with expertise in developing user-friendly support channels, such as telephone, email, and online chat, particularly for D/deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent populations, would find this project well-aligned with their competencies. The contract value amounts to £411,463.60, with potential extensions till 30th June 2029, offering sustained engagement for small and medium enterprises aiming to enhance the social value of their offerings while delivering high-quality technical and customer services to a wide demographic.
