Lot 1

Maintenance and Servicing of Air Conditioning equipment shall be provided 24 hours a day, 365 (7) days per year from the 1st March 2025 to the 28th February 2026 with an opportunity for the Trust to extend for a further 2 years The air conditioning maintenance and service applies to the Trust four retained sites.

Options: 36 month(s) from the commencement date, with 12 initial month(s) and option to extend 2x12 month(s)
