## Notice

This ITT has been issued by the Council in connection with a competitive procurement being conducted in accordance with the Regulations. The Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced economic operators 'Bidders' for the supply and delivery of mechanical sweeper brushes This ITT sets out the information which is required by the Council to assess the suitability of Bidders' experience and ability to meet the ITT requirement. In addition to this social value, and pricing proposals will also be assessed before any contract award is made.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

The contract is for the supply and delivery of mechanical sweeper brushes to suit the Council's range of small, medium and large sweeper vehicles. Additional information: Values included in this notice include for potential options and future price rises in line with market conditions.

Options: The Council reserves the right to add the following additional requirements under this Contract during the Contract Period: Additional Sweeper brushes for current Council sweeper vehicles (should new brushes come into the marketplace) and additional sweeper brushes for additional sweeper vehicles which may be acquired throughout the duration of the contract and are not listed in the specification. Where the Council identifies additional requirements, the Contractor will be expected to provide similar prices as those listed on the Pricing Schedule. Other similar supplies in the event of non or poor performance by another service provider. The Council reserves the right to explore/ use other procurement options in all circumstances where VFM is not demonstrated.

Renewal: The Council reserves the right to renew the Contract up to a further 12 months.
