Therefore, if all extensions were taken the full length of the contract would be for five years. The start date of the contract is 1 May 2025. The Service shall enable the Buyer to address health and attendance issues, identify the preventative measures that can be taken to minimise the overall risk of sickness absence and to improve employee health and wellbeing in the workplace.
