The outcome of this is that the Council is procuring a Technology Enabled Living (TEL) Service that will support vulnerable people and their carers across the Hackney Borough. The Council is seeking expressions of interest from potential bidders capable of delivering a TEL service, comprising equipment, call monitoring, and response service components, through either a lead provider model or as a single bidder able to demonstrate the relevant experience and capability to deliver all three components.
