Lot 1

The schemes are developed to address inequalities across population health and support specialty areas such a mental health, diabetes, child health, vaccinations, CVD, Diabetes and Anti-microbial Stewardship (AMS) and associated preventative measures with training / education. These contracts are to be renewed with all General Practices (Inc. PCN's and/or GP Federations) within Greater Manchester for 24/25. The total value of this contract will be PS1,838,419.
