## Summary

The London Borough of Hounslow has completed a procurement process for the provision of Community Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services. This contract, awarded to the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, encompasses a 72-month service delivery in Hounslow, focusing on rehabilitation services within the health sector. The procurement stage is now complete, with the final contract signed on 23rd January 2025. The service is set to commence following a standstill period concluding at midnight on 3rd February 2025. The services include both the young people's programme, primarily delivered through schools, and a more extensive adult programme, encompassing clinical and non-clinical treatments. This procurement was conducted as an award procedure without prior publication of a call for competition, under Regulation 10(9) of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.

This tender opens substantial opportunities for businesses operating within the healthcare and rehabilitation services sector. The Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, already a large-scale provider, will benefit from long-term engagement and a stable relationship with local authorities, enhancing service delivery and operational growth. Small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) specialising in sub-services related to substance abuse treatment, community health programmes, and educational outreach to schools may find partnership opportunities. This contract underscores a significant demand for integrated, flexible health and social care solutions, positioning relevant business entities for potential collaborations and further governmental contracts in related domains.
