An ASPH Cardiologist will perform the procedures. The provider must provide the facilities, support team and anaesthetist. The provider must be able to mobilise before the end of December 2024.

Options: One extension by 12 months only, to allow the completion of the original planned caseload if not achieved by 31st March 2025.
