The Council have a requirement for the treatment of Mixed Food and Garden Waste Treatment arising in the county of Essex. The services are likely to relate to the treatment of approximately 28,000 tonnes per annum of Mixed Food and Garden Waste for an initial period of 12 months and possible extensions thereafter.
