The provider must be able to provide telephone and face to face consultations with qualified and experienced OHPs The service should include the following: Robust and practical occupational health case management advice which is evidence based with clear reports Expert Health surveillance advice including: Ability to perform Hand Arm Vibration(HAVS) tier 4 assessments face to face across our network Noise Induced Hearing assessment Respiratory and COSHH guidance Options: Five options to extend the contract in 12 month increments. Physiotherapy and Muscular-Skeletal management service Cadent require a physiotherapy provider who take a preventative approach to manage muscular-skeletal injuries within the workplace. The service will demonstrate a return on investment and work to restore functional performance in the workplace. They will be able to provide training, physiotherapy and advice on management of conditions Options: Five options to extend the contract in 12 month increments. Psychological services including crisis and trauma support A service that provides proactive support to help employees improve and manage their mental health so that they can thrive at work.
