The new system will support the following functions: *Arboriculture *Building Control *Electronic Document Records Management System (including external publication and redaction) *Land Charges *Planning (including Enforcement, Section 106 and Community Infrastructure Levy statutory requirements) *Property Gazetteer (excluding GIS) Whilst it is important for us to secure a robust system, the use of AI now and in the future will be key to helping us to provide an efficient process whilst keeping costs down.
