The Council is seeking tenders from organisations who are experienced in both energy trading and in the management of energy accounts, including billing, for larger organisations. Additional information: The estimated value provided includes PS250,000 for the optional services included in the Service Specification. The core trading and bureau/account management services are valued at PS1,293,750 in total for the term of the contract.

Options: The proposed contract term is 9 years, but this shall include optional break clauses at the end of years 3, 5 and 7.
