## Summary

Norfolk County Council is planning to procure a range of services aimed at improving health, social, and wellbeing outcomes for residents while preventing or delaying the need for social care. The planned tender, titled "Prevention Offer," falls under the industry category of health and social work services (CPV 85000000). The procurement process is currently in the planning stage with a significant value of £6,000,000 and will be executed in multiple lots covering South Norfolk, Norwich, Breckland, West Norfolk, Great Yarmouth, North Norfolk, and Broadland. A virtual market engagement event is scheduled for potential providers on Tuesday, 18th February 2025, at 10:00 AM, with discussions concluding in early February.

This procurement presents substantial business growth opportunities, particularly for service providers in the health and social care sectors, including voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations. Businesses that can offer innovative, community-based, outcome-focused support will be well-positioned to compete for these contracts. Providers are encouraged to collaborate creatively, leveraging local assets to maximise impact, and to engage in the upcoming market event to gain a comprehensive understanding of the tender requirements and the proactive intervention model being adopted by the council.
