The Service is for the provision of a Commissioning Management Specialist (CMS) for the Theatre Refurbishment works project, independent of an appointed design team and Contractor. The Consultant shall * Develop the commissioning plan alongside the Client and Design Team * Facilitate the implementation of the commissioning process and monitor achievement of it by the contractor and design team. * Act as a specialist advisor to the Client on commissioning matters Full details are included within the Scope. The anticipated CMS contract period is approximately 3 years and 5 months plus defects period. The includes: 1.
