The contract opportunity is divided into two (2) lots representing the name of the Extra Care Housing Scheme from which the services are to be delivered. Lot 1 relates to the provision of services at Chestnut House. The contract will be for an initial period of four (4) years, commencing on 01 September 2025 and will be subject to extension by further period(s) up to an aggregate of two (2) years at the absolute discretion of the Authority.

Lot 2 - Ensham House
