Lot 1

The University has an existing printer fleet of over 200 Multi Functional Printers, which has been heavily under-utilised both during Covid and since. We wish to change the leases on these devices to extend their working life, whilst returning approximately 50% to the manufacturer.

### Procurement Information

We do not believe that it is possible to offer this contract for competitive process because it relies on utilising an existing hardware fleet that has been leased under a previously tendered contract. These devices are now out of their originally agreed lifespan but, due to under use, are still in excellent working order. Other vendors would not have access to our existing devices and would not, therefore, be make a competitive offer.
