The BBC sought to purchase the provision of Water for the BBC Estate (England & Scotland) Tenderers were invited to submit a response to this ITT in accordance with the instructions set out in this ITT (a "Tender"). The BBC required a single supplier (retailer) to provide a Contract for supply of water and wastewater across the BBC Estate (English and Scottish estate).

Options: The initial term of the contract was for a period 24 months with an optional additional extension period of a further 12 months.
