Options: KST particularly welcomes any innovative ideas and suggestions relating to the services which provide added value, reduce the Trust's costs and/or improve the levels of service. The consideration of such factors is, however, dependent on it being accompanied by a fully compliant and priced bid.

Renewal: We will offer an initial 3 year term with two 1 year renewals to a maximum of 5 years in total
