This may include supporting the movement of goods and furniture between corporate sites from time to time.To support house clearances and keep goods in storage.The services are required across a range of different stock and tenure's including Void properties, General Needs properties, Retirement and Supported Living properties, Home Options (Leasehold and Shared Ownership) properties and Mutual Properties. This Contract will be awarded for a duration of 2 years with an option for an extension for up to 3 years in increments (2+1).
