## Notice

Electro Cardiograms (ECGs) are currently one of the diagnostic tools used by clinicians to manage patients with suspected cardiovascular problems. In Walsall and Dudley, some practices have been provided with ECG machines by Broomwell Healthwatch Ltd and use the Provider's ECG interpretation service. The service offers GPs access to quick, expert, clinician interpretation of adult ECGs. In addition, the Holter interpretation service gives access to diagnostic tools for patients complaining of palpitations. The ICB intends to award this contract via Direct Award Process C. The total value of the contract is PS164,494.

### Procurement Information

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. Representations should be sent to: bcicb.contracts@nhs.net The decision to award the contract was made by the ICB Contracts Team and the Lead Commissioner No conflicts of interest were identified in reaching the decision to award this contract. This decision has been made as per the Black Country ICB Governance Process. This services has been fully assessed against the key criteria to determine that the provider is satisfying and will continue to satisfy the contract for the period of the contract award.
